Terms of Service

By accessing or using Linga AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Linga AI is a SaaS platform that uses AI employees to automatically collect and extract financial metrics from portfolio company documents for private equity and venture capital firms.

2. Account Creation

• You must be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

3. Your Data

You own your data. We never sell it or use it to train AI models.

• You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and data
• You can download or delete your data anytime
• We process data solely to provide the service
• We use Anthropic Claude with zero-retention processing

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to breach security or access others' data
• Reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Payment & Billing

• 14-day free trial (no credit card required)
• Subscription plans billed monthly or annually
• Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. Upon termination:

• You have 30 days to download your data
• After 30 days, we permanently delete all your data
• No refunds for unused subscription time

7. Limitation of Liability

Linga AI is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
